How do I care for my clothes?
Below are some tips and advice to keep your swimwear in as good condition as when you bought it:

Sunscreen and oil can damage the fabric, remember this when applying.

Avoid sitting directly on docks and rocks as the fabric can be scratched.

Avoid having your swimwear lie in a plastic bag after bathing in chlorine water.
Always rinse in fresh water after use.

Use mild colour detergent when washing.

We recommend hand washing, higher temperatures than 30 degrees can destroy the materials.

Squeeze your swimwear, never twist it.
.
Air dry is recommended, avoid tumble dryers and drying cabinets.
Be aware that sunlight and chlorine can bleach your swimwear, colours that bleach more than others are turquoise and light blue.

You have sold out of a style or size that I want to order, what can I do?

Can I return items to you?
Yes we offer exchanges and full refunds if items are returned (unworn and unused with hang tags and hygiene stickers attached) to us within 28 days of the customer’s receipt of the order. Please find our full returns policy here.

What should I do with a faulty item?
If there is a manufacturing fault with the item please inform us at hello@panos.uk and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Please note this will not apply to general wear and tear or if the garment has not been properly cared for.

The swimwear or trousers do not look exactly the same as the picture on the website, why is that?
The colours of our swimwear and trousers in photos can vary depending on the light. We have done our best to show you an accurate representation, but it will never be perfect. We also use different cuts of the print for each piece of our beachwear so no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
